Hedge Funds Near $2 trillion
Data from sources specialising in hedge funds has shown that the total hedge fund industry is worth almost $2 trillion.
However, this is still down from the peak of $3 trillion in 2008 before the start of great recession.
Hedge fund assets are gaining ground and seeing new inflow of fresh capital following the losses at the peak of the financial crisis.
